Rome (Arrival)

Greetings from Rome! After meeting your driver at the airport, head to the hotel. Explore the city's famous sites from an open-top bus with multilingual audio commentary by using your one-day ticket for the I Love Rome Hop-on-Hop-off City Tour. After spending the evening relaxing, head back to your hotel. Spend the night in Rome.

Rome – Sorrento

 After breakfast, head south via Lazio and Campania along the "Autostrada del Sole." Admire the breathtaking scenery and breathtaking views of the Amalfi Coast as you go. Discover the lively alleys, artisan ceramic businesses, and antique churches of Sorrento, the crown jewel of the Amalfi Coast. After a leisurely afternoon, enjoy a delectable dinner at the hotel (a jacket is advised for males). Spend the night at Sorrento. (B, D)

Sorrento

Prepare for a thrilling trip to the island of Capri after breakfast. You will take a small rowboat to the well-known "Grotta Azzurra" (Blue Grotto), depending on the weather. After that, you have free time to explore the island at your own speed and eat lunch (which is not included). Go back to the mainland and have dinner at your hotel. (B, D) Spend the night in Sorrento.

Sorrento – Palermo

 Prepare to depart Sorrento and go to Pompeii for a guided tour of the ancient Roman city that Vesuvius' 79 AD eruption preserved. The experience is improved by personal headsets and skip-the-line access. After the visit, head to the port of Naples and take the boat to Palermo for the night. Breakfast and dinner are not provided on board. Spend the night in a cabin.

Palermo 

Get to your hotel after arriving in Palermo. The remainder of the day is spent relaxing. Savor the hotel's welcoming supper. Spend the night in Palermo. (D)

Palermo:

After breakfast, take a morning trip to Monreale, which is known for its hills full of circuses and the Norman Cathedral. Before heading back to Palermo for a walking tour, take in the elaborate mosaics. Learn about Palermo's rich past, including its cathedral and the town's multicultural architecture. afternoon leisure time. Palermo for dinner and the night. (B, D)

Palermo-Agrigento:

 Head to Erice, a medieval town nestled on Monte San Giuliano, after breakfast. Proceed to Marsala, which is renowned for its wine, and have a light lunch and wine tasting at a typical winery before seeing a windmill. Go to Agrigento later. Explore the Valley of Temples, a UNESCO World Heritage Site (admission included), and ancient Greek sites. Spend the night in Agrigento after checking into your hotel. (B, L, D)

Agrigento – Ragusa

 Visit the charming old town "Ibla" in Ragusa with its magnificent baroque palaces and churches after breakfast. Get to the hotel for dinner and spend the night in Ragusa. (B, D)

Ragusa – Taormina

Go to Noto after breakfast. Proceed to Syracuse via the south coast. Arrive at Taormina in the late afternoon, settle into your hotel, and have dinner. Spend the night at Taormina. (B, D)

Taormina 

Head to Mount Etna, the tallest mountain in Italy and the biggest active volcano in Europe, after breakfast. After that, spend the remainder of the afternoon relaxing in Taormina, the lovely and charming town perched above Mount Tauro. Spend the night at Taormina. (B)
